Lucoa: Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

I knew this character before I watched this anime. Her happy- go- lucky persona just attracted me.

The build:

The cap was bought and painted with fabric paint. The horns were made by attaching small portion of foam to each other, and wiring was ran through the center. the outfit was thrown together with old clothes I had, as her outfit is very casual in the anime.
